Joining ZYBRE

To keep your number, type it in when you sign up. We are able to port/migrate most landline phone numbers across.

You’re free to use a different router on the ZYBRE network. However:

  • We will still send you a new router at the beginning of your contract.
  • By using an alternative router to the one provided by ZYBRE, you may not have access to all of the features and services available from ZYBRE.
  • Double-check that your router will be compatible with the ZYBRE network. Some ISPs ‘lock’ their routers to their network, which means they can’t be used elsewhere. If you have any doubts, double-check by getting in touch with your existing provider.

We post the router and set-top box 7 days before your go live date. We will send you an email and text with your tracking details once this has been shipped.

If you want to cancel within 14 days of placing your order, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll give you a full refund (excluding any postage & packaging costs) upon return of the router and the set-top box (if it has been shipped).

If you are currently live and want to cancel your connection, please contact us to discuss this further.

We cannot move your go live date any sooner than 2 weeks (10 working days) from today.

Internet providers are regulated by Ofcom, who have a mandatory 10 working day “cooling off” period when signing up to a new provider. This is to allow customers to cancel the switch without incurring any fee.

We provide full fibre services to anywhere in the UK.
